Postupn\u011b prodlu\u017eujeme trasy, p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 (a pak del\u0161\u00ed) proch\u00e1zky. Dobr\u00fdmi par\u0165\u00e1ky jsou d\u011bti a pejsci! A na del\u0161\u00ed hezk\u00fd v\u00fdlet m\u016f\u017eeme vz\u00edt celou rodinku. P\u0159id\u00e1me sport Kdy\u017e jsme u\u017e trochu v kondici, nezad\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1me se po zdol\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika schod\u016f \u010di mal\u00e9ho kopce, je \u010das p\u0159idat vhodnou sportovn\u00ed aktivitu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b takovou, co n\u00e1s bav\u00ed a budeme se j\u00ed tedy v\u011bnovat pravideln\u011b a dlouhodob\u011b. Kdo pot\u0159ebuje shodit p\u00e1r kilo, m\u011bl by zvolit takov\u00fd sport, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se dostane na tepovou frekvenci 110 a\u017e 130 tep\u016f za minutu. Orienta\u010dn\u011b ji m\u016f\u017eeme poznat tak, \u017ee si p\u0159i zvolen\u00e9m sportov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme s n\u011bk\u00fdm bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f s dechem pov\u00eddat. P\u0159esn\u011b to ov\u0161em zjist\u00edme jen kdy\u017e \u201etepovku\u201c zm\u011b\u0159\u00edme. Vhodnou volbou jsou vytrvalostn\u00ed sporty jako je b\u011bh, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, cyklistika nebo horsk\u00e1 turistika. M\u016f\u017eeme ale hr\u00e1t i basketbal, volejbal \u010di jin\u00fd m\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd sport nebo tan\u010dit!
